Is taking the DAT on July 20th or 31st considered too late? I already submitted my app so can I change the date on my app because I am rescheduling my DAT from July 7th.

No it's not too late. You will still meet tons of deadlines for applications. Good luck!

Not ideal (your official scores won't be in until August and some schools don't look at your app until they get that), but it's not too late.

It's not about when there deadlines are. Those are just there, but you want to have the application in waaaay before the deadline.
