DAT Test dates?

I heard that DAT test dates are a little different from the MCAT; you can take it whenever you want! Is this true?

Yes. You will register through prometric testing and can choose any date and time they have available at the testing center.

Some of the more popular testing centers fill up fast though, just keep that in mind. Not everyone in there is taking the DAT. People are taking all sorts of tests.

usually you can register for any weekday unless it's closed / full for that day. When it gets near popular times it can fill up ~2 months? in advance.

Yup. You register with Prometric and it gives you a calender of dates to choose from.
