Now please everyone, don't tell me I am a total idiot. I am really unhappy with my scores the first two times. I took it for the first time two years ago, and back then my scores were average to slightly above. Now, I really don't feel they are competitive anymore. Should I spend some serious time studying and do it again in Septemeber? I have to add, the first two times I did study, but just not the right way. I had to do a lot of research and buy some new materials to realize this. I feel that I could raise my score with some time and hardwork. Have any of you done this, and shown a lot of improvement?

what are the scores for your first 2 times? and what resources did you use? whats your study plan for the third time around? give some more info so we can offer better feedback

you should probably take some practice tests to pinpoint the areas that you really need to work on. chances are, after the first 2 times of taking the DATs you know what areas you need help on.

i took the DATs three times as well. and i did progressively better each time, but i think i studied more and more each time and really looked at those areas that i needed the most help on.
