I saw two different time period for DAT, 8:00 AM and 11:45 AM.
But I thought there is only 8:00 AM. Was I wrong? Can I take at 11:45 AM?

Any time offered by the testing center can be used. I've seen them range anywhere from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The testing center will set the times. They only have so many computers to use and they also give other tests, GRE, insurance tests, etc. at many centers so they schedule accordingly.
