So tomorrow is the big day for me. Yesterday I took a full length Kaplan test and ended up with

Bio 21
GChem 18
OChem 18
PAT 20
RC 23
QR 21

So I think I'm about ready. I'd like to get my Chem scores up a few points, but most of the mistakes I made were just stupid errors / not reading the questions fully. Advice on how to review today? Should I go over old test that I have taken?

Agreed. Just go over the stuff you're not as comfortable with and stuff like that. I wouldn't freak yourself out by taking another practice test though. Just get a good night's sleep tomorrow. What time are you taking it?

Good Luck! When your taking your test just relax and make sure you understand the question before you try to answer it. That should help make sure you dont make any silly mistakes.
