DAT vs course content?

Just wondering if one could be sufficiently prepared after taking just Chem1,2 OChem 1,2 and Bio1,2 for the science portions of the DAT or does biochem show up? Also would a few upper level bio courses help with the reading comrehension, or are the passages not usually on anything you would have already learned? Thanks.

I'd say so. If you really had a great professor and did the extra work to learn the text book (lets face it, most bio courses don't nearly come close to covering the whole text, some don't even do any physiology) then you should ace that section.
