Do you think a DAT score of 26 AA or up can compensate a cgpa of 3.1 and sGPA of 2.8?

No. A high DAT score can not make up for a really low GPA. Take a bunch of sci courses, boost up your GPAs. A high DAT score can be of great help, but GPA is the most important thing.
