I took DAT yesterday and I got 17 on QR!
But the thing is that I don't know what I did wrong:scared:.
I didn't ran out of time. I had 11 minutes left when I finished all questions so I double checked some questions too.
I can't believe I got 17! Even if I retake, I don't know what I could do differently because the thing is that I don't know what I did wrong in QR!!!!
Please give me some advice.

I think I should retake because my gpa is only 3.4?

My big question is
Should I apply to schools with these scores or should I wait till Aug and retake DAT and THEN apply?
I am so worried that I might get rejected before Aug, before retaking the DAT

Please give me an advice!

My other scores aren't great
Bio20, chem 19, ochem22, pat22, rc19:scared:, ts 20, aa 19

Your scores are fine, including the GPA. You should be able to get into a school, don't know which, so app out to a lot of schools. QR17 sounds bad but its forgivable considering its not weighted as high as TS and PAT.

Considering your other scores were fairly solid, you should move on and focus on applying early.

From what I've gathered, QR is the least critical portion for most schools.

However, some schools still have cutoffs (i.e. won't review your app. regardless of AA if you have a 15 or below in any section), I haven't heard of any that would cut you off for getting a 17.

Here's a thread I started after receiving a QR of 14 a few weeks ago:

Good luck!

Apply to 15 schools and you're in. I'll guarantee it in writing if you'd like.

TRUST ME DUDE!!! Your grades are perfect. When you get to interviews they are going to tell you how smart you are and you will be wondering what they are talking about because you do not give yourself as much credit. Trust me, thats what they told us when I did my interviews. I guarantee you will get in as long as you nail the interviews. Good luck!!
