is there a difference between the sample questions under each category with benchmark tests? I have been though almost all of them and I want know if they are the same I dont waste my time to study the bench marks????

ya you will find differences. not all the questions they offer are in the benchmark exams. For every category you will find at the very least two questions you will never see in a benchmark exam.

last i checked they have like 500 or so total questions.
you get 10 bench marks with 40 question each. if you go and do all the individual ones there is a pretty good chance you'll end up seeing them again if you do benchmarks.
as noted the benchmarks are best used to identify general topics in which you are weak in.
