What will your day look like:
1.Day before MCAT
2. Day of MCAT
3. Day after MCAT?

For me:
1. nothing related to MCAT. Will wake up normal time (5am), go to the gym, eat some pasta, watch some tv.
2. wake up normal time, look over some final notes from last practice MCAT, go to testing center 1hr before test, then attack the test from 1pm until 5pm , and will go to dinner at my fav Italian restaurant after with my family (right down the block from the testing center)
3. BEACH!!!!!!

Would love to hear you guys' plans

1-3. Snort 40 pounds of yayo and bang Brazilian streetwalkers with the Most Interesting Man In The World.

Not that hard- just make sure I'm in bed by 10pm. Been on that schedule since I was working wake up at 5am, workout, out the door at 6:30am- at work by 7:30-8am.

I wish I could have that schedule. Unfortunately I've got some wicked insomnia that typically forces to me to go to sleep at 2-4 am and wake up at 12-2 pm (assuming no alarms), assuming I can even get to sleep at all considering that some nights I lay awake all night until 7-8 am.

Really hoping that my body will let me have a decent night's sleep before the MCAT. I'm really scared I'm going to have one of my severe insomnia nights where I get 0 hours of sleep.

Day Before: Relax

Day Of: First - Kick MCAT ass

Then: Party and drink away (If your are of legal age of course)

Day After: Nurse hangover and drink some more

I've taken the MCAT twice and honestly, the day before and the day of (up until the test) is really just a blur. I don't remember anything from that day and a half, my mind was somewhere else and I kind of recall just "going through the motions." I have vivid memories of every detail during the test though.

Day before - I went to a med school open house with a friend, then went to the grocery store to pick up beers and steaks for test day.

Day of - Up early, had coffee and breakfast. Took a quick nap afterwards then showered and proceeded to get **** canned. I honestly don't remember a lot past midnight that night.

Day after - Laid in bed hungover and watched netflix. Also, occasionally thought about the exam some.

Two more weeks until scores are in though!

i studied for my mcat over my spring break. Day before: took two full length AMCAS practice tests in a row (28, 33). During: I wasn't particularly nervous or anything. Drove up, took the exam, and went home. Day after: moved back downtown to start my spring quarter the following day

What I did the first time...

Before: Packed for a semester abroad
During: Calm, collected, tired, headache
After: Goodbye dinner with family, last minute I'm-going-to-drive-myself-insane packing, and in less than 24 hours, began my journey abroad

Before: Was in the hospital, left in the evening, got home and collapsed
Day of: Woke up late, ate lunch and tried to take it while drugged up
After: Nothing, and it was beautiful

Day Before: Review very lightly and relax.

Day of: Do amazing on the MCAT and get a 45T (I know, I'm very optimistic) 😛

Day After: Celebrate because I did amazing on the MCAT
