Jimmy Olsen here with another news update, brought to you by America's worst football team, the Minnesota Vikings. This afternoon police thought they discovered the culprit of the almost nightly murders plaguing our fair city. Unfortunately, they released the name of the suspect, DocE, before he could be taken into custody and interrogated. A group of vigilante heroes approached him in his frequent hangout, that sleazy movie theater that shows dirty flicks. In a display which was truly gruesome, the horde apparently force fed him popcorn until he exploded.

You have lynched DocE - Patrick "Eel" O'Brian, aka Plastic Man, who prevented posts from being taken too seriously.

Night 7 Deadline is 6 AM CST.

There were times when I was pregnant and scrubbed into surgery that I thought I was going to pee my pants. Speaking of surgery, I start animal shelter tomorrow and will be doing spays and neuters all day. Less internet access

Actually, DocE is correct, and is not dead yet. Turns out My. Patrick "Eel" O'Brown's last will and testament stipulated that his mayoral veto was to be used in case of lynching. Therefore, I have used my powers as mod to bring DocE back to the game. Sorry for the confusion.

While more mundane protectors of justice sleep, our heroes spend the night trying to thwart their equally-powerful foes...and vice versa. FantasyFlyer was the villains target last night. While her groupmates were asleep, she was wide awake and muttering a spell under her breath with her wand held aloft. Before she could finish getting the words out, though, black light enveloped her, squeezing her very life out. The threatening, dark figure responsible was long gone by the time her fellow heroes found her crumpled body in the morning, sans magic wand. Zatanna Zatara, whose magic powers could move a player to another group, is dead.

Lynch deadline is 5:30pm Central, since that's been working out for us.

Things I'm now wondering (and I'll have crappy service until around 1pm so I'll have time to ponder them)

1) why kill FF? She seemed to be a solid lock for a Lynch in the next round or two

2) who the f*** tried to Lynch me? Are we for real? Absurd. Please check your suspicion list vs anyone who voted for me

3) how did dyachei get revived? I understand the mechanism for swings, but no one has explained dyachei, as far as I've seen. Its not the green arrows arrow.

4) is no one going to follow through with this "someone is invisible in metropolis" or wherever it was, nonsense? Sometimes people are converted, or have well known cover identities. Sometimes Superman is actually bizarro, so to speak. Break some eggs to make an ommlette here.

It was Gotham City and my thought was that The Question made sense for the one that they were unable to get a read on. Still probably a good spot to focus attention.

I don't know about that character? Do they function prominently in the show (pass DocE's JL test)? Hawkgirl is a pretty main character in the show and comics and has a mace. She and the mace exist in this game.
