Another arrow flies tonight, but this one seems to have missed its target and wound up lodged in the wall of the Watchtower. Our heroes don't have the return of a player to celebrate, but there is something waiting for them in the morning: a present wrapped in violet light. As the heroes approach, the light fades away to reveal a banged-up power suit. The flamethrower, death ray, and every weapon on it have apparently been discharged, but to no avail; the person inside is dead. When the suit is peeled open, everyone is shocked to find that their very own president is the villain inside.
FS, Lex Luthor, a wolf whose political power could buy him votes, is dead.
However, FS is not the only corpse the heroes find today, and the second death is much more tragic.
devyn's form is wrapped in the black light of death; her life has simply been extinguished.
Wonder Woman, who could reveal the names of heroes and villains, is dead. Her Lasso of Truth is nowhere to be seen.
In such sad times, Earth-1 certainly needs a leader. But the president is dead--and a villain! Who will step up to lead?
