Anybody know of places that use surgery moonlighters in the DC/Baltimore/Northern Virginia area? My searcing hasn't been very successful...

University of Maryland has surgery residents moonlighting in their cardiac surgery ICU. Don't know if it's open to non-Maryland Residents.
