I'm about to finalize on a sweet house just outside of Harrogate.
It's got two bedrooms, so I'm looking for a roommate to help with the mortgage payments ;-)
The place is amazingly perfect for student life!
It's small (for a house), but offers SIGNIFICANTLY more space than the renovated hotel thing...
Distance from the school? It's about a 4 minute drive (convenient).
After looking around for a few days, I had almost given up hope on buying a place as most of houses in the area were ancient and rickety; but this bad boy was built just 3 years ago, so the central heating and cooling (very nice) works extremely well. the driveway balloons into enough parking space for about 4 cars. Additionally, I plan to add a parking cover before the school year starts (2 cars).
So, if you're a GUY and you're interested, shoot me your email and I'll send you some pictures.
I imagine rent will turn out to be about $430.
