Hi guys.

I'm currently looking for advanced educational programs/specialty programs and always stumble across the admission requirement "DDS/DMD or equivalent".
I tried to find it on google but the only thing that you find mostly discussed is the question of "what's the difference between DDS and DMD".
So, can anybody tell me what is usually regarded an equivalent of DDS/DMD?

Any help is highly appreciated!

Isn't it BDS (Bachelors of Dental Surgery) like in UK and other countries?

Might be, yes. In germany unfortunately there is no such degree as an BDS. You finish your five-and-a-half year program with the so-called "state examinations" and become simply a dentist. That's it.
So in the meantime I inquired at ECE but they wouldn't tell me anything before paying the 160 bucks for a whole evaluation… I mean I just wanted to know if they have any experience on evaluating german degrees.
