Anyone know when DDSEP 9 is expected to be released? I am feeling that some of the material in 8 is getting a little dated and there’s a lot more recent stuff that is worth including as well.

Well, DDSEP 7 came out ~April, 2013, DDSEP 8 May/June 2016, so probably Spring/Summer 2019. Release at DDW 2019 (May 18 ,2019) is a good guess. There is usually a discount for buying it at DDW, as well as an extra coupon if you go to the board review session.

Anything that seems "dated" to you is probably not going to be on your boards, or if it is, it will be a "test" question.
