i came across a rather vague description and was wondering what others may think the differentials are for an older patient with palpation/percussion tenderness over the thoracic vertebral process

i was thinking maybe osteitis deformans or an osteosarc(too old) or chondrosarcoma (is there pain)?

what do you think?

costochondritis. Painful the rib is being erroded away by an underlying tumour though I think it's present continuously it's worth considering in the ddx

or it's a somatic dysfunction! hehe, had to toss my DO opinion in there. ;)
