FA lists de Quervain under Hypothyroidism transient subtype. Sattar goes out of his way to point out that it is a transient hyperthyroiditis that does not progress to hypothyroidism...so, what did I miss?

Initial phase of thyrotoxicosis followed by a relative period of hypothyroidism that is self-limiting.
