Does anyone work in a Veterans Affairs hospital?

If you the VA issues you a DEA, is it true that the DEA license is only valid in the VA hospital. And if you want to moonlight elsewhere, that you need to apply for a new DEA license?

Yes, a government issued DEA is not valid for anywhere else besides a government facility.
