Deadline to decide?

Is there a date where a person can only hold one acceptance and decline the rest? I know medical schools its May 15th, is it similar for opt schools?

i know for suny, once accepted, you have a month to make the deposit. you have until apr 1st to decide. if you decide not to attend, they will refund you the $500, so long as this is done prior to apr 1st. not sure about the other opt schools, but they probably have something similar.
