How do you deal with burnout? I've got 2 weeks until my test date and I simply cant focus. Having trouble waking up in the morning and concentrating when doing questions. I have tried working out and smoothies of all things. Any suggestions would be welcomed

Agreed. With 2 weeks to go, you should just take a whole day off. Maybe workout or do any other fun activity to burn off some steam!

Take a day off and go have some fun

I'm having issues too. I'm taking my test in a few days and I just cannot focus while reading UW explanations. I set my timer to see how long it takes me and to do the questions + read explanations for 1 block I was at like 6.5-7 hours.

I'm just going slower. Have about 600 UW questions to pound through. In hindsight, I shouldn't have taken any time to study or done UW...should have just taken Step 2 at the start of MS4 and been done with it (had done very well all year on Shelf exams).

When studying you need to delete any distractions. This means closing your internet browser, shutting off your phone etc. If you have two weeks to go, by all means, take a day or two off. It will help much more than it will hurt.

When I have burn out, I just take off a day or take off two half days, make it a point to get out and do something. My favorite release is a movie theater and then cold stone. Working out is more of a chore for me...

Furthermore, I play too many video games. Took 4 weeks off to study for step 2 and I've spent at least 1/4 of my time playing Elder Scrolls. 😍
