"dean's list" won't show up on my transcript for another month!

as per the title, and since the aadsas office is about to close for the weekend, i was wondering what your opinions might be as to a) reporting i made dean's list this semester, and b) not having to wait a month to send my transcripts out.

thanks

Doesn't Dean's list just mean you got above a 3.7? And if that is the case wouldn't the adcoms recognize that you got on the Dean's list without actually having to read "Dean's list" on your transcript?

I would not hold up my application a month so they see 'deans list'

Newsflash: Everyone applying to D-school is smart and capable, you are not setting yourself apart that much by saying you made the dean's list ;-)

sigh, true, but i just didn't want aadsas to have any discrepancies with my transcript if i'm reporting that i made dean's list in the awards section of the application for whatever semesters, and then they don't see it for one of the semesters i'm reporting.

It really makes no difference. You can list it if you want but don't hold up your application for this. That discrepancy, if you want to call it that, is not going to make a difference.

i doubt they verify your awards section with your transcript.
