I know GPA is important, but does being on the dean's list multiple times greatly increase you chance of acceptance to dental school?

Add Deans list to your awards section. All Deans list is GPA? lol so is Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude --> All GPA but nothing trivial by any means. These are all appropriate in the awards sections; at least that's what I did.

true, but the question was "I know gpa is important"... but will being on the dean's list better my chances.

so to rephrase... I know gpa is important, but will consistently getting a good gpa better my chances? Sounds a little stupid when you put it that way, no?
