What's the most common cause of death for persons between 25 and 44 years of age in the U.S.?

Definitely AIDS.

i gotta check my notes, but AIDS hasn't been top 5 since the mid 90s (93 or 94)for any age group.

I believe its accidents.

I agree with Imbebo-AIDs is not #1 across the board- because some people use the defense of being "true blue" and dont take any risk.
As far as for blacks with AIDS the females of course do worse.
And it make sense what Big Frank, Idio and Imbebo are saying since(about accidents)since this is the vibrant, active, zestful, "moving and shaking" time of life.
ages 15-24 its homicide for black males
