Help with Cancer Incidence and Death!!

So it is well accepted that the Incidence of cancer is

1.Breast/Prostate
2.Lung
3.Colorectal

and Death is
1.Lung
2.Breast/Prostate
3.Colorectal

The above has been confirmed by the new First Aid, Pathoma, and alot of cancer stat site.

HOWEVER, Rapid Review (Goljan, 2015 edition) has Colorectal as the 2nd cause of death. Is this true? and if it is what would the consensus be for Step 1? Has anyone else noticed this?

There is no RR 2015.

Step 1 will test whatever the literature says, which is what FA says in this case.
