Decent GPA and DAT, what schools are out of reach?

Hello, I have a 3.79 GPA, and a 24PAT, 21AA, 21BIO, 21 RC, 20 GC, 20 RC, 21QR.

I intend to apply to all of the Texas schools, but was wondering if out of state programs like UOP or Michigan or out of my reach?
