Decision Status "None"

For two out of all the schools that I applied to, of which one I really want to get accepted to, the decision status has been stuck at "none" for a while now.
Am I looked over or should I contact them and ask if they've received all the materials needed?

youre fine, don't stress about what your AADSAS status says. Go by email correspondence. If they emailed you that your application is complete, it's complete and under review. A lot of schools don't update their AADSAS statuses. The only ones you should be concerned with is "interview invite" and "offer made", don't stress about anything else.

Do those schools have a portal of their own for processing secondaries? Don't rely on AADSAS alone unless you know that the school doesn't use a portal of its own.
