Decrease in number of questions per block on Step 2 CK

Hello all,
For those who will be taking the test after July 10, the questions per block will be 40 instead of 44. However, according to USMLE, "the scores of new and old exams will be comparable". So, for example, if 25/44 = 57% and 25/40 = 63% (not considering the curve), will they drop that 63% to 57%??? Just curious...

No one knows the scale between % correct & 3 digit score. No one knew it before & no one knows it now.
