you're only doing 700 cases per year? :laugh: just kidding, dude. it's all good.

people bite. usually it's my fault (overstimulation in phase 2). young healthy-tracks with easy airways are the only ones who get deep extubation in my book. otherwise i see little advantage to it myself, tube biters aside.
