If people bite down on tubes why dont i remember anyone biting down in 3 years of residency 700 plus cases per year..

you're only doing 700 cases per year? just kidding, dude. it's all good.

people bite. usually it's my fault (overstimulation in phase 2). young healthy-tracks with easy airways are the only ones who get deep extubation in my book. otherwise i see little advantage to it myself, tube biters aside.
