how bad is it to defer a lab for a different summer? i want to take physics but i dont know if i am going to have the time to do the lecture and lab reports.

also, anyone ever heard of taking biochemistry via correspondence course? my tutor says this is the most important course out there for mcat success.

almost sure there are 0 consequences to doing this, I'm doing this as well this summer, taking the lab during the regular spring semester though.

hmm thats kinda cool that you have the option to do that. at my school you HAVE to take the lab and lecture at the same time, unless you're retaking.

No, it doesn't look bad, especially if you've got other stuff on your plate for the summer like work or an internship. If you can squeeze the lab in I'd recommend it though. I did the gen chem series with labs in 9 short weeks last summer and it was so nice to be done with it.

I took ochem I with lab, then ochem II without lab last summer along with like 90% of my class. Noone said anything, so I assume its aight. 🙂

It isn't a bad idea at all. In fact I did it as well and no one has said anything to me in my interviews. They just bring up my withdrawals.
