Does anyone know where you put this check box on the AMCAS application? They told me to do this and submit the application for my acceptance but I can't find a spot at all on the application to do this. Help...anyone?

I don't think there's a "Deferred" button or anything. I guess maybe they just want you to submit another AMCAS to them and they'll take care of the rest?

You could always call and ask...

Once the school that has accepted you has granted you a deferral, they give the information to AMCAS. When you fill out the AMCAS again, choose the school to which you are deferring, and a list of "special boxes" should come up. One is labeled delayed matriculation/deferrment. Your school may not have given this info to AMCAS yet, thus the special boxes are not open yet. Call your school.
