I had to take deficiancy classes Math105 and 106. Under my transcript it is listed under deficiancy/developmental classes. Should I list this as "Special Studies" or whatever on amcas or math?

I'd like to know the answer to this too?

Please answer if you know. If you're a typical pre-allo know it all then go elsewhere. 😀

Hmm It's hard to say. At my school remedial classes have no weight. However if those classes have a credit weight then they probably count.

I took my deficiency algebra classes in 2000, lol. You didn't get any credit for them, and I don't think they factored into the cummulative GPA. However, you got a grade for them that shows up on the transcripts, and it was on our report cards. Back then we still got real report cards in college.

It won't effect you then. If adcoms seriously care about every single class you take then they'd spend a whole day analyzing every class you took. They care more about the numbers then individual classes.
