I've looked too, all I get is the state government website. I did find a series of articles from the local newspaper published in 2007 about the problems at Delaware Psychiatric Hospital, where the program is based. It was alarming: allegations of patient abuse, shady financial practices, etc. They mentioned that the facility was being sued by the former program director and that the program had been on accredidation probation at one point, with several open spots and "out-of-cycle" residents. Currently I think they are accredited from 2008-2012.
Hopefully things have improved, but who knows. That paper recently investigated a claim that the hospital was "affiliated" with Hopkins or Jefferson. Apparently, the program pays attendings from those institutions to lecture DE residents, but DE residents do not rotate at Hopkins or Jeff (or vice versa).
