So i'm registered for the Aug. 23rd exam date and I was wondering if I should delay my exam or just go and take it..
I've studied alot this summer (for about 3.5 months approximately, everyday) So i started out with the earlier AAMC exams in the 30-33 range and I just took AAMC 8 and got a 35. I think i'm good with the sciences for the most part (I've been going from 12-14 consistently on the PS, however I thought i was comfortable with BS but i've been getting 11 and a couple of 12's on the AAMCs.. I think for BS its just reading comprehension errors/not understanding some experiments or not being able to interpret graphs and stuff.. content wise I think i'm solid). I'm actually nowhere near where I want to be with the AAMC's (my target was a 38+)
Now, verbal IS THE KILLER for me.. my scores fluctuate but on average I'd say 8-9.. however idk how i got an 11 on AAMC 8. With such little time left, I dont know if I can bring my verbal up. I'm almost done with the EK101 and still have a good amount of the PR hyperlearning passages left to do..
Also, my kaplan FL scores range from 30-40, most of them are in the 32-34 range but I probably got a 40 on one of them because of the inflated curve. The breakdowns are pretty consistent, with PS being the highest (12-15) BS around 12-13 and verbal lowest (8-10)..
SO, should I just go in and take this exam or wait (and possibly risk forgetting stuff I've studied during the summer, I'm a rising junior by the way).. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW IM LOOKING! THANKS!
Also I did all the kaplan topicals and average around (75-85 on those with some 65s) I have yet to finish all the section tests (but I've been average about 60's- 65's on those =/)
