Is this a general email that other people got or was this just me? During my interview over a week ago they said I'd hear back in at least a week. Yesterday, almost a week and a day later, they sent an email that the Admissions committee will be delayed in reviewing my file. They said the Thanksgiving Break has altered their schedule and they hope to look at my file on Dec 1st or 2nd. I thought they would have looked at it in the week that has passed. Anyone else receive an email like this? This is a top 3 school for me and I need to plan my trip and flights around dec 4th when visiting other schools nearby, one school even ahs a deadline of Dec 15th. Thanksgiving never changes unless Covid made them spontaneously change plans. Should I book the connecting flights anyway while the flights are cheaper in hopes they accept me and I would have a reason to visit?
