Do you need your CK score for your interview? Some programs require it closer to ranking time, not necessarily at the interview itself. My guess is if you got an invite, you don't need your CK score at the interview. If you don't need the score until closer to rank time, then it shouldn't really be a problem if your CK score isn't ready to go by the time of the interview - no one has asked me why I don't have a CK score available (I am currently awaiting my score after taking the test a few weeks ago).
Were you hoping to use your CK score as a way to show improvement from a step 1 score you aren't happy with? Not sure what your step 1 score was, but I guess having a CK score available at the time of interviewing would be helpful if you wanted to explain a lower-than-wanted step 1 score / show improvement between your step 1 and step 2 exams.
Like I said, I'm awaiting my score so I don't really want to give input as to how to study, since I'm not sure how I've done on my exam, but I am wondering how you are using Uworld? Are you reviewing incorrects AND corrects, and reviewing the entire explanation and really taking time to assimilate the information into your head, as well as studying the notes you've spent time making? How did you do on shelves, and on step 1? UW has a lot of gems of information in it and it may be that you're not taking advantage of all the info crammed into the explanations!

So..
I don't need my ck score to interview but the idea was to have it to show an improvement on my step 1 score. Was hoping to at bare minimum – get a 230 on ck.
All I'm applying to is family & I'm content now with not getting 250's. It used to be a goal of mine, but I'm certain I don't need that to match into family medicine.
I love primary care. I have no interest in doing fellowships, or anything of the like. All of my LOR's were from primary care physicians & one psychiatrist because I like the fact that I'll see psych patients before they see their psychiatrist.
Primary care is what I like, & it's all I applied to. Luckily for me, it's not as competitive as what a lot of people on SDN want to get into.
Yeah – it would be great to have a score report that said I passed above the national average with a nice fat 250, but I don't really care that much anymore about it. Perhaps it's outside my ability to get that score. I'm comfortable enough with myself to admit that.
I'm thankful to still not have failed a step exam & still be in the game even though it can be soul-sucking at times. (I wish all the best to anyone working hard even if they've failed a step stay up!)
Anyway for the goal residency I'm striving for, and my academic ability up until this point – an average/perhaps slightly lower than average score on ck is something I'd be very, very happy with.
Before I did UWorld I took nbme 6 on October 16th and got a 186.
I did UWorld random & timed, & made a word doc of the notes from all the explanations. The doc is about ~400 pages long.
After going through UWorld & the notes I took UWSA on nov 28th (6 days out) & got a 204.
I got low 80's on shelves.
Not really sure what to do at this point. Is doing UWorld really the best thing to go through again?
I can't fail this test because it's the closest thing to a death sentence for any application (especially an img's)
but I want to match this year. 4 days doesn't really seem like enough time to put me into a comfortable passing range and prometric is going to be closed for Christmas & January 1st – 14th so no exams will be administered then.
