What are the pros of the other schools? It's hard to beat IS tuition at a highly regarded institution like Maryland.

Maryland easily prob. Cheaper and better school than the ones you listed. And you already have familiarity with the area. Moving sucks also

Maryland. I'm sure the newness of the other areas would wear off too since it seems like buying a house and making MD your home for the significant future is the best idea.
