Case Western, UVA. and Cincinnati are not realistic with your MCAT of 511. Also Georgia, South Carolina, Arizona, UCLA, UCSF, OSU, Colorado admit very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. You could add these schools:

Eastern Virginia

George Washington - they have a MCAT subsection cut-off and with my CARS score, they would consider my application non-competitive. Should I still apply?

Jefferson and Eastern Virginia both have the requirement that the undergraduate degree must have been obtained from U.S. or Canada schools. I emailed ESMS and they told me I’m ineligible to apply.

You could try George Washington.
