good question...this applies to me as well! I personally wouldn't probably consider it clinical exposure, but if an adcom would, I'll list it!
It would not really be considered a medical experience. Medical experience would fall under volunteering in hospitals, shadowing doctors, and EMT. So if I were you, I would try to get a more traditional medical experience.
With that being said, it would not hurt to list your pharmacy tech experience.

In retail? Probably not. Still valuable though.
