Congrats, dude. If you keep it up, you'll have no problem going to a great MD school. In fact, you'd probably get a fat scholarship in medical school if you do well. If you are having 2nd guesses about Hofstra, you will have them for the rest of your life. Hopkins is great, Duke is beautiful. The friends you make in undergrad will set your network up for life even into your medical school career. Life is more than just a guaranteed acceptance to a medical school! Northwell is amazing. Innovative curriculum is meaningless, since everyone has it now. Lots of Duke kids at my school. They're super smart. If you like Hofstra a lot, go there. But I wouldn't be too scared about a medical acceptance somewhere amazing if you went to Duke or Hopkins.
