I don’t think this is a question that you would want strangers on a forum to answer. I highly recommend bringing a copy of the AMCAS description of disadvantaged background and your thoughts about whether you should or should not select it to your premed advisor and talk through it.

yeah it is personal, I'll remove it. I don't have a premed advisor which was why I asked on here. But I will reach out to some close professors and see what they say
