Just contact the MD school and say, "I have a schedule conflict on the 12th of never, but I am available any day except Whenever 24th".

Schools don’t care if you reschedule. If they do care they will tell you. Ask the DO school to remove.

Yeah I rescheduled and it wasn’t a big deal . I just called over the phone - so that they hear my apologetic voice - and told them how important their interview is , and how much I want to go to their school . They rescheduled no problem .

Agree, don't cancel interviews until you have an acceptance in hand.
I had a conflict (didn't tell them it was for another school interview obviously), informed the school but they hadn't opened up any new interview slots. They kept me on the list and when more spots opened up, they let me know.
