Your ECs are strong. Your research is not weak because of no pubs; if you get a poster or more, that’ll be icing on the cake. Your MA experience will be valuable. Continue volunteering at the food bank as that will be helpful for people.

Overall, you’re good to apply and should aim high; make sure to have some safeties and mid tiers.

Also, try to get shadowing experience with a primary care physician. You may get lot of questions about dropping the first project and as long as you can explain well you will be fine.
