Did you interview? If so focus on this. Interview is the component with the most unknowns.
 
AMCAS and updated transcripts. Syllabi should be accessible if there are any questions about classes you have taken. Know how well you have itemized your activities and how they map to entering competencies.

Bring a notebook (paper and pen). Ask for GPA/MCAT ranges of reapplicants (not the entire entering class or applicant pool) and matriculants among the reapplicants.

If you had no interviews, then you need to be prepared for the "pool is competitive" (because it is) and not just take their word for holistic review (what competencies are most important and match their mission or vision for the entering class). The best result is specific steps that you can document from them as a step forward in your application, even if it won't guarantee you an interview.
