I think your research xp is average if not slightly below, but the projected should also help. The rest of your app including stats are top tier, so that's why apply high. Focus narrative on things you have succeeded at and showed passion for and then if the 2000+ hr research job is something you want to tie in (like wanting to do sports med or something) then can tie in.
