As add on to these, is it worth the shot for the following OOS public low yields. No connections to any, but seems MCAT is in their target range per MSAR data. Anything such as any regional bias that will make apps to these render DOA?.

Look at the mission statements and class profiles. Yes, a number of schools on your list have geographic preferences.

Those are all state public schools that admit very few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state.
