I'm also from Wisconsin and Minnesota does not have a reciprocity agreement for med school so you would be considered out of state if you apply there if that helps your decision at all

UC Davis admits only 1 or 2 non residents per year and UC Irvine very few. Yes, add more schools this week and I suggest these:
Western Michigan
Rosalind Franklin
Oakland Beaumont
Drexel
Temple
Hackensack
Quinnipiac
Rochester
