Thank you!

Does the likelihood of OOS admissions increase when applying to Consortium of Accelerated Medical Pathway Programs (CAMPP)?

Are any of the US schools realistic with current app? If so, that'd be amazing.

As mentioned in the article, you get into these tracks after admission so you still have to pay attention to the IS/OOS preferences of the schools. That's why reaching out, especially prior to applying, is important. That said, being URM may help you so you must check with the schools in advance. Also potential to bringing in your own money with NHSC or HPSP can also help your cause in general.

Again, I get your preferences, but that LECOM APAP is designed for an applicant like you and could save you the deferred years of taking the additional courses you are considering. Find out if this is really something you want to do.

That list was just from the posted article concerning accelerated pathways. No intention of leaving the US.
I don't see this as the list for you.
In addition to your state publics, you need to identify a sufficient number of OOS schools with a commitment to the communities that you have served.
If you speak Spanish, be sure to apply to schools with a population that needs this. Remember, there are three schools in Puerto Rico that accept mainlanders.
The MSAR will help you come up with a targeted list.
Those fancy post-bacs in option two are counter-productive in your case.

You have a fine MCAT. If you plan on applying to schools that still have re-requisites, take them at the cheapest place possible (and get A's).
