It is a challenge as a Non-Traditional applicant but you need to give us details on your community service, especially over the last 2 or 3 years. What schools have you connected with, especially those programs closest to you?

Unless you grew up your whole life in Davis, do not apply to UC Davis. They take very few, if any, OOS students. Likewise, Utah and Nevada take mostly in-state with some slots reserved for Idaho residents and bordering counties in California, respectively.

Unless you are a resident of Nevada do not apply to the Nevada schools. You do have a strong connection to UC Davis but they admit only 1 to 3 non residents yearly. I suggest these schools with your stats:
