Most of your non clinical activities are really leadership. Peer Mentor falls under tutoring. What other community service have you done, especially off-campus, in-person, and not health or education? Examples include food distribution, shelter work, job placement services, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation.

I forgot to add this, but I teach English to Afghani refugees a couple of times a week. I understand this is still technically education even though it is off-campus.

Apply to all schools on TMDAS as well as TCU. For your OOS schools, remove Tufts, Dartmouth and Brown. Most OOS schools know they can't compete against the IS tuition. You could try USF.

My first cycle, I had similar stats and ECs but a lower MCAT and received no A's. I retook the MCAT, scored 520+, accumulated several more clinical and service hours, and ended up with several A's. Your GPA is good. Apply to all TMDAS schools and, if possible, enhance your service hours before applying. OOS colleges on your list, such as UNC, Emory, and Geisel, want broader life experience and service.
